The early check-in was a bonus, and we were met with a friendly member of staff. The room was clean and had great free wifi, making it easy to stay in touch with family over the Easter holidays. The location was convenient and close to key transportation links for exploring the city.

The surroundings weren't great, with a lot of questionable individuals hanging around outside. As a young female, I didn't feel comfortable going out at night alone.

We recently went on a romantic escape to the heart of Munster and found the hotel to be conveniently located near the train station, offering us easy access to all the tourist spots. The staff was extremely friendly and even facilitated our early check-in without any additional cost. We did feel a little uncomfortable with the surroundings of the property, especially when stepping out at night. Some of the people hanging around the entrance were quite intimidating, making us feel a little uneasy during our stay.
